To create a new “people centric” model for continuing education.  Generate excitement around learning and professional development in ways that increase engagement and retention of information.  Offer events that professionals look forward to. 

How We Got Here

E2E is a Chicago start-up on a mission to change the approach to continuing education and professional development. Launched in 2016 by Ruth Goran, the company was expanded in 2017 when Caren Yanis joined the leadership team. A perfect partnership was born. Both had experienced their fair share of conferences, professional development seminars, and certification sessions. With an eye toward growth they began to build out a shared vision.  

In 2018 E2E was re-launched with an event at The Peninsula Hotel Chicago. Professionals were introduced to a new way of learning that included music, an original play (title) and passionate speakers who are experts in their fields. The overwhelming positive response received demonstrates the need and value of the E2E vision.

Who We Are

Ruth Goran: Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer

Ruth Goran is founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of GlassCeiling.com, a knowledge base for women in the workplace and of Entertain2Educate, an events and education content developer. Ruth believes that professional development and education should be entertaining so she created a series of for credit professional development seminars based on original plays. Ruth is a CPA, who along with her two sons Evan and Ian Goran-Dry, helps hundreds of clients understand compliance issues and think creatively about building their business.

caren Yanis: Chief Liaison Officer

Caren Croland Yanis is Chief Liaison Officer of GlassCeiling.com and Entertain2Educate. She is the principal of Croland Consulting, a philanthropic consulting group that helps high net worth families. Caren is the former President of Crown Family Philanthropies and Executive Director of Oprah’s Angel Network and the Oprah Winfrey Foundations. She is member of the Board of Visitors at IU’s Lily Family School of Philanthropy and the Women’s Philanthropy Institute, and a board director of the Poetry Foundation.
